Throughout his career, Bruce has worked with organisations of all sizes, helping them hire technology professionals across leadership, software development, infrastructure, business systems, project delivery and transformation. One thing has remained consistent throughout that time, successful hiring decisions are rarely made by matching a CV to a job description alone.

They come from understanding people, their experience, motivations and the value they can bring to a business.

The inspiration behind the name Arch Talent is both professional and personal. Named after his sons, Arlo and Chester, Arch represents the stability, strength and support that form the foundation of everything Bruce set out to create. It reflects his belief that long-term relationships are built on trust, honesty and genuine human connection.
